Multi-Day Cascades
Most contractor revenue is lost in the silence after the first email. A homeowner requests three quotes, gets busy, and never replies to any of them. Cascades close that gap by scheduling a sequence of follow-up emails across the days after first contact, each one written fresh from the lead's own context rather than recycled from a generic drip template.
Each lead carries its own queue of scheduled steps. Step increments are visible on the lead record, so you always know whether a homeowner is on their first nudge or their final one. The cascade halts automatically the moment the homeowner replies, the lead is marked BOOKED or LOST, or you delete the lead — scheduled messages are cascaded away with it, never stranded in the queue.
Because every step is generated with the same grounded business context as the first reply, the tone stays consistent: same trade language, same warranty and promotion details, same signature. The homeowner experiences one attentive office, not a marketing machine.
A typical four-step cascade
Step 1 — minute zero. Personalized acknowledgement of the exact issue plus a concrete next action.
Step 2 — day two. Short, practical nudge offering two scheduling windows and restating the service fee policy.
Step 3 — day four. Trust step: warranty terms, licensing, and reassurance about the specific trade problem described.
Step 4 — day seven. Respectful close-out that leaves the door open and invites a reply if timing changes.
Controls you keep
Pause any lead's queue, edit an upcoming draft, send a step early, or remove the lead entirely. Every message that goes out is logged to sent history and BCC'd to the workspace owner, so nothing leaves your business without a record.
