AI Lead Strategist
The strategist is the reasoning layer of Veyro. It reads every inbound lead and every homeowner reply, decides what the message actually means, and proposes the next action. Where a generic assistant guesses, the strategist works only from facts you supplied: your trade, coverage cities, specialties, warranty, promotions, fees and additional services, plus the homeowner's own words about their problem and urgency.
Scoring is the first job. Each lead receives a 0–100 score with a plain-language band — a hot emergency roof leak inside your service area scores very differently from an out-of-area window quote with no timeline. The score is shown as an uppercase badge on the lead record so your team knows where to spend the morning without reading every note.
Reply classification is the second job. When a homeowner responds, the strategist labels the intent — qualified, booked, or lost — updates the pipeline status, and either sends an immediate AI response or queues one if delivery has to wait. Every classification is visible and reversible; you can override the label and rewrite the draft at any time.
What the strategist will never do
It will not invent prices, guarantees, licences, availability or credentials you have not entered. If a homeowner asks something outside your recorded business context, the draft says a human will confirm rather than fabricating an answer. That constraint is the whole reason contractors can let it write on their behalf.
