Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Veyro AI collects when you use veyropipeline.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers two distinct groups: contractors who hold a workspace account with us, and the homeowners whose enquiry details contractors submit to the platform.
For contractor accounts we collect the information you provide directly — name, email address, business name, phone number, trade, service cities, specialties, warranty and promotion details, service fee policy — together with authentication records and subscription status held by our payment processor. We use it to operate your workspace, ground AI drafts in your real business facts, bill your subscription and provide support.
For homeowner lead data, the contractor is the controller of that information and Veyro acts as a processor on their instructions. We store the lead fields submitted through forms, embeds or manual intake, the message drafts generated, and the delivery and reply history. This data is used only to operate the follow-up service for that contractor's workspace. It is never sold, rented, or used to build cross-customer marketing profiles.
Storage, isolation and security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level security policies that scope every record to its owning workspace, so one contractor can never read another's leads. Access is authenticated, transport is encrypted in transit, and privileged operations that could change billing or role fields are blocked at the database level rather than only in the interface.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small number of vendors to deliver the Service: a managed database and authentication provider, a transactional email provider for outbound delivery, a payment processor for subscriptions, and an AI model provider for draft generation. Each receives only the data required for its function.
Retention and deletion
Lead records and message history are retained while your workspace is active. Deleting a lead removes it and cancels its scheduled follow-up messages. When a workspace is closed, its lead data is deleted within thirty days, except records we must retain for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contractors can exercise most of these directly in the dashboard. Homeowners should contact the contractor who holds their enquiry; if you reach us instead, we will forward the request to the relevant workspace owner. All other privacy requests can be sent through the Contact Support page.
